Please use this form to report problems you may be having with a privately rented property, which may include disrepair, anti-social behaviour or tenancy related matters.
In most cases, we expect you to have contacted the landlord or managing agent responsible and given them a reasonable opportunity to respond or resolve the issue before completing this form.
To complete, please have the following information available:
- Property postcode
- Supporting documents, including photographs (up to 3 files, if available)
- Landlord details (if known)
We will also need your contact details in case we need to discuss the issue with you. Your information will be treated as private and confidential.

If you believe a property should be licensed but is not, please use this form to report it.
Before submitting a report, please check our public register here to confirm it is not already licensed. For details on which properties require licensing, please visit our website.
On the next screen, choose "Other Private Housing Issue" then select either "Suspected Unlicensed Property" or "Suspected Unlicensed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)"
