Landlord licence public register


We are required by law, under the Housing Act 2004 to keep a public register of the properties we have licensed, together with any Temporary Exemption Notices served or any Interim/Final Management Orders.

The information we keep as part of the register includes details of licence holders and managing agents. Please note that we are legally obliged to provide the full register upon request.

Birmingham City Council does not condone the use of direct marketing undertaken by third parties accessing this information. By doing so, third parties could find themselves in breach of data protection legislation by not gaining consent from the individuals concerned.
